Objectives:
- to make the students able to speak and write in English about their eating habits and about their regular physical activities
- to enable interaction in English through chats via Skype
- to promote healthy eating habits
- to promote the benefits of physical activities
- to promote traditional food related to seasons and festivals from Italy and Spain
- to make the students aware of obesity, its risks and public speakers/ambassadors who fight to reduce unhealthy body weight
- to improve ICT competence through a wider use of the new technologies

textbooks, worksheets, notebooks, Google Drive documents, CD player, DVD player, dictionary, online platform (blog and e-twinning), PowerPoint programme, video editing software, camera, email account, Skype account, social media accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), online software.
